CommSurv.com is the Internet trading arm of Commercial Surveillance Ltd, which was formed, in the early 90s with its main directors having more than 20 years experience in the security industry.

We have also found over the past few years that retailers not only need to purchase systems outright but also require financial back-up on a leasing facility basis. We at Commercial Surveillance are licensed Credit Brokers- and offer a full leasing package with the main financiers in the leasing market.

Leasing facilities help cash flow - enabling you to put more money into stock rather than security equipment - and also have major tax benefits. Lease rentals are 100 per cent allowable as an expense within your business with the cost of the rental reduced by an amount dependent on your rate of tax. Therefore, a minimum of 21 per cent tax relief is available off each rental, reducing your costs further.

As for the expansion of Commercial Surveillance, we have kept a very careful check on this over the past few years, allowing us to supply our security systems at a competitive rate, i.e. giving some of the profits back to the end user. We also provide a full back-up service with fully qualified engineers working to an excellent standard.
