CCTV Systems
A - All systems are supplied with 4 Domes or Cameras as standard.You may increase the number of Domes / Cameras in accordance with your installation requirements subject to the maximum number of inputs on the Quad or Multiplexer.
B - The 3.5-8mm auto iris varifocal
lens supplied as standard in camera systems may be changed
to any other suitable model as listed on our Lenses
page subject to an adjustment in price.
C - The Timelapse VCR supplied as standard
may also be upgraded to any machine listed on our Time
Lapse Video Recorder page subject to an adjustment in
price.
D - Low voltage Cameras / Domes do
not include a power supply. We leave the installer to decide
on his supply based upon the location and number of low voltage
units within the system. We do not recommend cheap plug-in
PSUs for any commercial type location as these units have
fragile fused circuitry easily affected by power surges that
often occur in such locations. A good regulated alarm supply
will suffice or the FVS-IND dedicated CCTV thermal protected
supply. Always use a PSU that exceeds the Camera amp rating
by a minimum factor of 3. This ensures that any voltage drop
over longer cable runs do not affect the efficiency of the
supply or camera. Our 1amp Thermal PSU will normally cover
most eventualities.
